Registration and Renewal of
Private Educational Institutions
The Islamabad Capital Territory Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Authority (ICT-PEIRA) facilitates the online registration and annual renewal of Private Educational Institutions (PEIs) through a dedicated web portal
This online system enables schools to submit their applications electronically, making the regulatory process more efficient, transparent, accessible, and time-saving. Institutions can submit applications, provide documentation, track case progress, and receive status updates on their registration and renewal requests.
After the read of all instructions, obtain the login credentials of the registration portal by filling up the fields given below.
Fee Instructions
Non-refundable Registration Form fee of Rs. 1000/- Must be deposited through EasyPaisa, JazzCash, U Paisa, HBL Challan, or any bank's internet banking app into PEIRA's HBL Account PK04 HABB 0022110050005501.
After depositing the fee, send the payment proof along with report of application form via WhatsApp at +92 317 9910646.
Once payment proof will be verified, login credentials of the web portal will be provided.
New Registration vs.
Annual Renewal
This Fresh registration requests apply strictly to newly established private schools operating within the territorial jurisdiction of Islamabad (ICT).
Schools already registered with ICT-PEIRA must apply for mandatory annual renewal through the online PSMS web portal prior to expiry. PEIRA IT section already provided user credentials through offical WhatsApp to the concerned head of institute.
Operating an unregistered institute or failing to renew registration annually via the web portal constitutes a direct violation of ICT-PEIRA regulatory rules.
Form Submission &
Mandatory Documents
1. Application Form: Form for registration (Fee: Rs. 1,000/-).
2. Regulatory Fee: Applicable regulatory fee deposit proof.
3. Official Request: Application to Chairperson (ICT-PEIRA) on institute letterhead.
4. Building Title / Lease: Attested copy of valid lease agreement OR land ownership documents (Registry / Fard).
5. Ownership Proof: Affidavit regarding ownership OR attested copy of registered Partnership Deed / Trust Deed.
Mandatory Documents
(Part 2)
6. Staff Contracts: Employment contracts of teachers along with copies of terminal degrees.
7. Building Soundness: Certificate from structural engineer licensed by CDA & PEC.
8. Compliance Affidavit: Affidavit regarding building bye-laws & minimum wage laws adherence.
9. Building Blueprint: Attested copy of Blueprint map of school building.
10. Service Rules: Attested copy of employee service rules.
