  • Complaint should be concise & clear;
  • Complainant should disclose his / her identity;
  • Minimum seven working days will be required by PEIRA to process the complaint.
  • Appropriate wording should be used for filing the complaint.
  • Complainant should write his / her Computerized National Identity Card Number and Telephone / Mobile Number in his / her complaint.
